perbincangan mak bersame bos tentang kehadiran ke tempat kerja..

hohuhe.. arini mak dah bincang ngn bos wanita bermate bulat pasal attendance mak.. kan mak kerap datang lambat lagi2 smenjak masuk bulan ketiga kandungan hanan ni..

okeh. so below was our conversation. teng terengggg..... =p :

bos : ok ****, come, i think we really need to discuss about your attendance today. everytime i receive an sms in the morning aa, i knew already it must be u (so damn negative assumtion huh!!)
mak : i already wanted to discuss with u last week (but u were d one who was busy-everyday.. =p)
bos : ok ****, so u said that u cant stand to the traffic jam, so why dont u come early in the morning? reach office before jam?
mak : i already woke up as early at 5.45am but my problem is, i am still having quite severe vomitting & dizziness in the morning. and i feel that i need to wait until i feel comfort then only i am confident to drive to work. and my gynea said not to force myself if i feel uneasiness.
bos : ok, i dont to argue about that. i understand your situation (mase ni dlm ati mak terus menjerit2 nyanyi lagu situasi - bunkface! rock bebeh!! hehe =p) so what's your planning now actually?
mak : i'm planning to come in a bit late & go back a bit earlier.
bos : but u see aa, u've been coming late all this while u know. even before u get pregnant. (this was the most hohu statement she made that time that make me feel aiyoo!! after mak switch back to klang, mak still dtg before 8.30am walaupun bukan 7.25am macam mase mak stay kat sunway dulu.. die yg dulu kata ok as long as before 8.30am.. skang nak kate i have been coming late all this while plak?? lagipun bukannye mak balik 5.10pm mcm factory worker yg lain slame ni.. paling cepat pun 5.45pm macam timing other office staff..)
mak : (mak diam je, malas nak flashback yg die pernah kate ok utk mak dtg after 7.15am and as long as before 8.30am) i am still coming to work because i need to settle my testing. and all my testing is double frequency per week & need 2 days incubation period. if not and if i've already get my trainee in, i'd rather to just take unpaid leave.
bos : so why dont u just come on certain day and settle all your testing, and maybe u can take leave on the middle of the week during the incubation period? because i think it is almost like u are taking half day everyday, and u still use ur energy to drive to work everyday (tetibe die concern psl my energy usage while driving plak.. huho =p)
mak : i am planning to do so, but with all the recent many meetings need to be attended, i'm not sure whether i can slipped in my leave in between or not (my very sharp point hehe because nowadays in *e*e*o* meeting is almost everyday & everywhere.. nyampah!!!). Actually i'm planning to get systematic hours leave like practiced by call center staff, if u allow me to do so.
bos : how is that? i dont understand.
mak : m**g said they allowed to take few hours time-off since they dont have allocated annual leave. so i've already discussed with m**g, she said maybe can accumulate the hours to be 1 day working hours and deduct salary as per unpaid leave procedure. provided you and ******* agree on that..
bos : mm ok, i think i may discuss that with hr and see what will they say la.
mak : ok.

kendian, mak terus keluar dr bilik bos. berapi sikit rasenye ponggong ni bile mengenangkan die lupe yg die yg penah kate 'as long as u are coming before 8.30am, should be no problem to me. provided u complete your work' and mak pun tak pernah balik awal dari pukul 5.45pm kalau mak masuk 8.30am.. hiii geram je dgn this old lady with severe itchy butt syndrom nih!

and then, dlm pukul 12pm camtu, mak dapat 1 emel....
it is a p&c email actually, tapi xpela... mak tepek gak kat sini..

As per our discussion and in consideration of ****'s situation, it was agreed that **** shall work from 10am until 4:30pm daily from period of July till end August 2009. Please advise us once she can revert back to her normal working hours. Pls manage this "special arrangement".
Hours :
- 7:25 am to 10:00 am = 2 hours 35 mins
- 4:30 pm to 5:10 pm = 40 mins
TOTAL TIME-OFF HOURS = 3 hours 15 mins per day
We will use the same computation hours for "unpaid leave". As all unpaid leave is calculated on the basis of 9 hours, similar hours shall be adopted i.e. 9 hours of time-off will be considered as 1 day annual leave.
Please explain to **** accordingly.

While I understand her situation, we need to manage it so as not to set it as a "precedent". I am not so concern of office staff as oppose to factory staff. When you have time or happen to be in the office, do drop by to discuss. Also, at the same time, I have several applicants for Industrial Trainee for QA to be passed to you for consideration.

******* have discussed with me for a special arrangement on her working time. Currently she is pregnant and having very bad morning sickness.
She request if she can report to work at 10am to 4.30 pm so that she is able to drive to work at non jam period. The other hrs to be accumulated and minus as annual leave.
Since we have no one at Microlab to assist her I would like to agree on this special arrangement as she is willing to at least come and conduct the daily microtestings.
Period - July to Aug 09. ( until she is feeling better )

hohuhe! so that's it!!!

alhamdulillah at last, dapat pun potongan gaji utk bulan ni dgn bulan ogos yg dimahukan sgt2 ni =p.. susah sgt nak dapat approval.. bukannya mak mintak special arrangement yg macam mana.. mak agree je nak potong gaji..
asalkan, mak tak dibuang kerja (tapi kalau dia ckp lebih2 pasal attendance record mak, nak je mak kate 'so just do as what u want, sack or what so ever i dont give a damn!' hehe) dan dapat lagi kumpul duit tolong2 abah buat prepare kelahiran hanan sayang nanti.. =)
dan yg paling penting, mak dapat pegi dan balik keje dalam keadaan yg tak tertekan dgn kesesakan lalulintas..
tu je masalah mak skarang ni.. bile sampai ofis, insyaAllah mak boleh manage keja2 mak.. yg mak cuma risau waktu driving sorang2 je.. pd sape nk mintak tolong kalau mak pitam tiba2 dlm jem tu.. lainlah kalau mak mmg takde morning sickness dan tetibe pitam.. tu lain cerite.. ni mak dah tau masalah mak ni, dan mak force diri untuk tahan masalah tu semata2 sebab komitmen kerja sangatttt dan takut pd bos yg ade masalah itchy butt syndrom tu...
sbbnye, mak taknak nyesal di kendian ari kalau jadi apa2 pd hanan dalam perut mak ni.... =''")
